Recently, the on-site acceptance meeting for the thermal vacuum chamber project of a certain aerospace unit was successfully held in Tianjin. Representatives from Shanghai Linpin Instrument Co., Ltd. and the owner, a certain aerospace unit in Tianjin, attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the experts listened to the report on the thermal vacuum chamber project and the debugging work of the computer monitoring and auxiliary control system by our company’s engineers. The acceptance team conducted comprehensive tests on the equipment and software system. After careful discussion, they unanimously agreed that the thermal vacuum chamber project and the computer monitoring and auxiliary control system passed the on-site acceptance. They also highly praised the work done by Linpin Instrument.

The vacuum temperature control test equipment is a special device that provides high vacuum and high/low temperature constant and alternating environments in accordance with the requirements of space environment thermal vacuum tests. This equipment is mainly used for the environmental reliability tests and routine tests of products, covering the thermal vacuum test tasks of products and participating in the reliability design and test measurement of products.

The equipment consists of a test chamber, heat sink, vacuum pumping unit, refrigeration and heating system, high/low temperature constant temperature oil bath, control and data acquisition and processing system, etc. The equipment has advanced design, reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, and is easy to maintain and repair.

The vacuum system, temperature system, and control system work well together and have both automatic and manual operation modes. The equipment control software is advanced, with functions such as batch processing, self-diagnosis, and misoperation self-locking. In the event of power failure, water stoppage, or gas stoppage, the equipment has fault alarm, self-protection functions, and the ability to prevent data loss, ensuring the safety of the equipment. It also has air charging measures and can urgently open the chamber to remove the test items.

The equipment is equipped with leakage protection functions to protect the personal safety of operators. All measurement units of various instruments are in accordance with the international unit (SI) standard.
